A website does not look after itself.

None of this needs a decision from you. It is simply what builds up when nobody has the job of handling it.

  • Plugins keep moving

Each on its own schedule, and not always in the same direction as the others.

  • The core asks to be updated

The red dot stays in the dashboard, and the months go by.

  • A form stops sending

You usually find out from a customer who never got a reply.

  • Requests pile up

Three text changes wait for months, because nobody knows who to send them to.

Four things,
and they are ours.

Routine upkeep asks nothing of you. The rest starts with a sentence you write when you need it.

Upkeep

Core, plugin and theme updates. Backups that are verified, not only scheduled. Checks that the site responds and that forms are still sending.

Fixes

A layout that slipped, a form that stopped sending, a setting to redo after an update.

Changes

Change a paragraph, swap a photo, correct opening hours. That is a good share of the real work.

Follow-up

Your requests arrive in one place and carry a number. What was done stays written down, dated, and counted in time.

We mostly look after WordPress sites, which is what most small businesses here run. Other systems are possible. Talk to us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

Four steps,
and only one is yours.

  1. We look at the site

Twenty minutes. What you have, and what is bothering you.

  2. We set the level of coverage

A review of where the site stands, a catch-up pass, and a first backup we verify.

  3. You send your requests

From your client area, whenever you have one. This is the only step that is yours.

  4. We do the work, and keep the record

Every intervention is dated, described and counted in time.

Three plans,
based on what you ask for.

The base upkeep is the same on all three. What changes is the amount of change time included and how fast you hear back.

Comparison of the three maintenance plans

Best for A brochure site that rarely changes A site you actively use Several sites, or one that has to hold up
Upkeep Monthly Twice a month Weekly
Verified backups Every month Every week Every week
Change time included 30 min a month 2 h a month 5 h a month
Response time 3 business days 1 business day Same day, weekdays
Sites covered 1 1 Up to 3

Scroll the table sideways to see the Priority plan.

The price depends on your site: how many pages it has, which plugins are in place, and what you expect to change. We set it with you before we start, and it does not move afterwards. The included time is for your requests; updates, backups and checks are never counted against it. If something needs to go beyond, we tell you before we start, never after.

So there are no surprises.

A plan that claims to cover everything convinces nobody. This work is still possible. It is quoted separately, so the monthly plan stays predictable.

  • A redesign or a new version

That is a project, with its own schedule and its own quote.

  • Feature development

Past adjusting what exists, it is building.

  • Writing and producing content

We publish your content. We do not write it.

  • SEO and advertising

A different trade, with its own specialists.

  • Hosting and domain names

They stay yours, in your name, with your provider.

  • Vulnerability analysis and penetration testing

That is Repère Security, with its own written authorization.

  • Quebec Law 25 compliance

Consent banner, privacy policy, forms: that is Repère Québec.

Common questions

If yours is not here, write to us. We answer in English, and we answer plainly.

Is this only for WordPress?

It is what we maintain best, and what most small businesses run. Other systems are possible. Talk to us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

How long does a request take?

Depending on your plan, you hear back within three business days, one business day, or the same day. A small change is usually done right along with the reply.

What happens if I go over the included time?

We tell you before we start, never after. You then decide whether to wait for next month or open a block of hours, which covers changes that go beyond routine upkeep.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. No minimum term, no exit fee. Your access, your hosting and your domain names are yours and stay yours.

Can you take over a site you did not build?

That is the most common case. Coverage starts with a review of where the site stands and a catch-up pass, before regular upkeep begins.

What happens in an emergency?

A site that is down goes ahead of everything else. The Priority plan guarantees a same-day reply on weekdays. On the other plans we do our best and tell you where things stand.
